Not only did they take forever to respond (if at all), but when they finally got back to me their answer wasn’t satisfactory either! It’s like trying to get blood from a stone – good luck with that!

The response time is painfully slow and often non-existent; no matter how many times you try contacting them or how urgent your query may be, chances are slim that anyone will actually pick up the phone or reply via email anytime soon… if ever! And forget about getting real human interaction – all my attempts were met with automated responses which left me feeling completely ignored and frustrated beyond belief.
So yeah…don’t waste your time expecting much from this so called "support" system because it just ain’t gonna happen folks – unless of course you want nothing more than canned replies full of generic advice without any actual resolution whatsoever…in which case knock yourself out ’cause these guys have got ya covered alrighty then 😉

The user profiles are public and can be viewed by anyone who visits the website. Unfortunately there is no way to set up a custom bio so it’s hard to get an idea about someone before contacting them. Plus, all users have their location info visible on their profile which means that even if they don’t want people knowing where they live or work – everyone will know anyway!
The worst part is that I couldn’t tell how far away potential matches were from me – not even with premium subscription benefits could I figure out distance between us two would-be lovebirds! That was really disappointing because in this day and age most online dating sites give at least some indication of how close or far apart two people might be geographically speaking.
Speaking of premium subscriptions… what do those actually offer? Not much as far as I can tell; just access to certain features such as seeing when someone last logged into the app/site and being able view larger photos than usual…not exactly groundbreaking stuff here folks!! And unfortunately none of these features make up for having zero control over hiding my location information either (which again should totally come standard).
To top it off during my time testing out BlackDatingForFree I came across quite few fake profiles too – something else nobody wants while trying to find true love!! So yeah overall not impressed with this site whatsoever; save yourself some heartache (and money) elsewhere ladies & gents!!!
